We’re here to answer all your shipping-related questions and ensure a smooth delivery experience.

We partner with trusted courier companies to ensure fast and safe delivery of your orders. Our courier partners include:

We process your order as quickly as possible:

  • Orders placed before 12 PM (Mon–Sat) are verified and packed within 24 hours.
  • Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
  • You can track your package live until delivery.

Pan-India delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.

Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding:

  • National and regional holidays
  • Election or government-declared holidays
  • Natural calamities or unavoidable disruptions

We currently do not provide open box delivery due to the affordable pricing of our products. However, every parcel is sealed securely for your safety.

We’re sorry, but express next-day delivery isn’t available right now. All orders follow our standard delivery schedule based on your pin code.

We understand your concern! Please contact us, and we’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve the issue. If a prepaid order is returned to us because it wasn’t accepted, we’ll deduct return shipping charges and refund the remaining amount.
